Oil, gas, chemical and power facilities are most often occupied to provide consumer's everyday products and energy as Electricity, Petroleum, heating gas etc. Facilities which involved heavy duty, high pressure, high temperature systems or these who carrying explosive, hazardous liquids, may result with enviromental hazard or disaster due to maintenance negligence or working conditions.

Welding inspection is performed for piping and vesselsusing various NDT methods as Radiography, Ultrasonics, Magnetic particles inspection.

Wall thickness inspection is performed by Ultrasonic wall thickness or Eddy Current instrumentation to determine and monitor the wall thickness deterioration and replacement can be done on exposed or under isolation facilities.

Heat Treatment is performed on welds on areas subjected to post weld stresses or in order to avoid Ammonium and hydrogen corrosion. The treatment is applicable to piping and vessels and is applied locally on dozens of welds simultaneously or inside large heat furnaces.

NDT Inspections involved with Radiography require night hours work to avoid radiation hazards on humans during regular working hours.
The developing of exposed radiograms, the interpretation and reporting is often required in real time, to avoid any possible downtime for the facility.
